They started this little side business in hopes to help share and build within the beading community. They love to work in traditional, contemporary and alternative designs, the variety helps gives them the freedom to create. deonys.monster (@deonys)

Deonys The Villain is an experimental concept of pirate royalty combined with vampire witch. He focuses on mixing Filipino folklore with medieval mythology and personal experience, creating poignant political commentary and symbolism in his work through surreal, nightmarish imagery. This is done through acknowledging the colonial effects of history, intergenerational trauma, as well as other potentially taboo topics that we can all relate to.

Currently, he's relearning how to express himself as a wandering merchant at local street markets and as an alchemist that weaves storytelling with spirituality to create meaning out of the mess, transforming old perceptions into new perspectives. Sometimes, when near the sea and home; he thinks and writes about hope for the future.
