Screen-Free Sundays: Bugs

  • Dalnavert Museum and Visitors' Centre 61 Carlton St. Winnipeg, MB (map)

Do you like bugs? So did the Victorians! They loved studying them and even collecting and displaying them. In this activity you will get to go on a bug hunt in the gardens at Dalnavert. After a refreshing glass of lemonade, we will move into the Visitor’s Centre and make a craft inspired by the insect displays of the Victorian era. Please note that this craft will not include the use of real bugs!! This activity will happen rain or shine; in case of rain we will have alternate indoor activities planned.

Tickets are $5 per person (plus GST and applicable online processing fees)
