Gather with us on June 20th for the summer session of Dalnavert Museum's Crafting Circle! Hosted by Laurie McDougall of @velvetleaf.beadworks, this community "crafternoon" will be held outside on our veranda, weather permitting. Bring your work-in-progress, enjoy the provided snacks and drinks, and explore the historic house to inspire your crafting.
This event is Pay-What-You-Can.
Refreshments and snacks are included with your ticket. In the morning, you will also be able to explore the historic house to inspire your crafting or for a well-deserved break.
While others in the room may be willing to offer advice or assistance, this is not a workshop; instruction and materials will not be provided. Please bring your own craft to work on.
What is Pay-What-You-Can?
To ensure accessibility, this event is Pay-What-You-Can, and has three ticket price tiers.
$10 is what we consider to be the fair value ticket price of this event. There is a $5 subsidized ticket for those who may not be able to afford more. We also offer a $15 ticket that allows you to cover the other half of a subsidized ticket for someone else. We encourage you to pay as you are able.
All tickets are subject to GST. Tickets purchased online are subject to online processing fees.
Accessibility
The Crafting Circle takes place in the Visitors’ Centre, which is wheelchair accessible. For detailed access information, please visit the Accessibility section of our website. The upper floors of the historic house are only accessible by stairs.
