Join us for the 2nd Annual Great Dalnavert Puzzle Derby Fundraiser! This speed puzzling competition invites puzzle lovers of all ages to test their speed, teamwork, and strategy in a thrilling jigsaw showdown.
How It Works
Each competitor or team receives an identical 500-piece puzzle, kept hidden until the timer begins. The first to complete their puzzle wins! Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each round — and every team gets to keep their competition puzzle.
Proceeds from the Great Dalnavert Puzzle Derby support the ongoing preservation and programming at Dalnavert Museum in downtown Winnipeg.

Doors Open: 10:00 AM
Round 1: Teams (4 people)
10:30 AM -12:30 PM
Lunch (Pizza Available for Purchase):
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Round 2: Pairs (2 people)
1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Round 3: Individual
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
The canteen will be open all day with snacks and drinks available for purchase.
A used puzzle sale and swap will take place in the gift shop from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Bring a puzzle to trade!

Museum Members save $5 per ticket.

Admission to the historic house is included with the purchase of a ticket.
